Do you accept returns/exchanges?

  • We are currently unable to accept at returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items we ship and produce. Being apparel and wearable accessories, all sales are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned for sanitary reasons.
  • Returns/exchanges may be taken under special circumstances, but any return or exchange must be delivered back to Hadokoa 2 weeks after the return label has been sent to the customer. This ensures the product is still in stock if it is needing an exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot cancel that order. Most orders are processed and shipped too quickly to allow for cancellation. 

    I'm shipping to outside of the US, what does that mean?

    • Hadokoa is based in the United States. When placing an international order, you're placing this order with the knowledge that you may incur additional import fees or taxes upon arrival into your country that Hadokoa is NOT responsible for. 
    • International orders take anywhere from 2 weeks- months depending on location and Hadokoa is not in charge of shipping times nor can we speed up your shipping.
    • An international order cannot be refunded due to delayed shipping once the order has left the US.

    When should I expect my preorder?

    • Preorders typically take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to ship MINIMUM depending on what the preorder is. Purchasing a preorder from Hadokoa means you understand that:
      • Preorders are subject to delays that are updated and posted about on our Instagram page @Hadokoa.contrast
      • If you placed an order including a preorder and ready to ship item, you acknowledge that nothing will ship until the preorder item has arrived.
      • Preorders cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed unless the shop cancels the preorder item itself

    My package says delivered, but nothing came!

    • Unfortunately that is an issue with USPS and Hadokoa has no special information or liability when it comes to lost packages.
    • We try our best to replace items once a case has been opened and closed with the USPS to locate the missing package
    • Hadokoa will NOT contact USPS on your behalf, but can provide package information in regards to color and size when filing a report.
